claire has an amazing inner landscape. it’s like her heart is tightly tied to every part of her body. she hugs you and you feel her heart. she laughs and you hear it. she looks at james and her heart is instantly exposed. and let me tell you, this girl’s heart is big and full and life giving. she doesn’t hide it. she was so happy on her wedding day and spent much of the day squeezing the people around her and telling them over and over how glad she was that they were next to her. sometimes, when words just wouldn’t suffice, she cried. and just when you thought she couldn’t be more beautiful, she’d find her way into her new husband’s arms and she was.
these next pictures are some of my favorites ever. claire has a really special relationship with her sweet father and when he held her she wept. so did i.
we decided to put this picture in because of all of her friends peeking out the window and on the steps. yes, this girl is loved.
claire and james decided to do a first look to make sure they had plenty of sunshine for their pictures. her dad walked her down the grassy path and gave her hand to her groom. both men were beaming.
